Your software department. On subscription.
The thing you've needed built for two years still isn't built. Subscribe, and you get a dedicated developer in your WhatsApp who builds, fixes and improves your systems continuously. You message; we ship.
- You send a voice note
“Quotes are taking us three days and half of them never get followed up.” Described the way you'd describe it to a business partner. No form, no spec, no change order.
- It gets scoped and started
You get a reply the same business day on Growth, saying what will be built and what it will not do. Nothing is quoted, because nothing is billed per request.
- The first version is running on your business
Not a mockup. A working quote-to-follow-up flow on top of the CRM and automation engine you were already installed on in week one.
- It stays, and the next build talks to it
Next month's reporting reads the same data, because the same person built both on the same spine. It is in your repository, on your accounts, in your name.
Days are illustrative and the example is invented. The platform underneath it is not — open the demo and use it.
You already know the three options. None of them fit.
Every business your size hits the same wall, and every door out of it is closed for a different reason.
Hire a developer
$120–160k salary, plus recruiting, plus you manage them
You can't hire a fraction of a good engineer, and one junior with no system around them produces a pile of half-finished internal tools.
Hire an agency
$25–60k and four months, then they leave
The software starts decaying the day they hand it over, and every change after that is a new quote.
Hire a freelancer
Cheap per hour, starts from zero every time
You write the specs, you do the QA, and they're gone by March.
There is a fourth door nobody sells. A technology function that never ends and compounds while it runs. That's what a department is.
Install → Inhabit → Compound
The reason we can do this at this price is that we never start from zero. Every client is installed onto a platform that is already built and already running in production — so week one ships something real instead of producing a discovery document.
“We don't start from zero. That's the whole thing.”
- Install — Week one. You go live on a spine that is already built and already running in production: CRM with pipeline and activity timeline, scheduling and booking pages, an AI receptionist on phone and web chat, a client portal on your own subdomain, a generated marketing site, and an automation engine. Not a template we customise later — production software you start using on day three.
- Inhabit — Every week after. One WhatsApp thread with the person who writes the code. Describe what you need the way you'd describe it to a business partner — a voice note is fine, a spec is not required. No request forms, no change orders, no invoice for a small fix.
- Compound — Every quarter. Every build stays and stacks. Month six's inventory tool talks to month two's CRM because the same person built both on the same spine. The systems get more valuable and less fragile over time — the exact opposite of what happens to agency work after handover. We maintain the Technology Ledger: a living document of every system you own, what it does, what it costs, and who has the keys. You keep it whether you stay or leave.
We'd rather show you working software than a wall of logos.
Here is what you can verify — today, without talking to sales.
- The platform is real and running. Open the demo and use it. It is the same software your business would be installed onto, not a recorded walkthrough.
- Everything is in your name from day one. Repositories, domains, servers and third-party accounts, on your billing, with you as admin.
- Something real within seven days of kickoff, or your first month is free and you keep what we built.
- Every message is labelled. When no provider is connected the product says “generated, not delivered” rather than quietly counting it as sent.
Whatever your business actually needs
Described as jobs, not technologies. If it runs on software and your business needs it, it is in scope.
Websites
Marketing sites, landing pages, booking flows, client-facing sites
Custom CRMs
Pipelines, contact records, activity timelines, built around how you actually sell
Dashboards
The numbers you check every morning, in one place, live
AI tools
Receptionists, assistants, document processing, internal copilots
Automations
The follow-up nobody has time to send, the report nobody has time to run
Client & customer portals
A logged-in space on your own domain
Integrations
Making the systems you already pay for talk to each other
Custom internal software
The thing you've needed for two years and never built
What is already built, before you ask for anything
This is the part that makes week one possible. It exists, it runs in production, and it is included in every tier.
- CRM — contacts, companies, tasks, a six-stage pipeline and a full activity timeline.
- Scheduling and booking — live availability, booking pages, confirmations, reminders and no-show recovery.
- AI receptionist — phone and web chat, answering from a knowledge base you control.
- Client portal — a logged-in space for your customers on your own subdomain.
- Marketing site — generated from your configuration, on your domain.
- Automation engine — events, conditions and steps, with a builder for custom workflows.
Everything above is the starting point, not the ceiling. The subscription is what turns it into your systems:
- Integrations with the tools you already pay for
- Dashboards built around the numbers you actually check
- Custom internal software that does not exist anywhere off the shelf
- Anything on the list above, reshaped to how your business really works
If a specific integration is the thing that decides it for you, say so on the call. We'll tell you honestly whether it's days, weeks or not worth doing.
What each option really costs
Not a criticism of engineers or agencies — a comparison of what each option actually covers for a business of 3 to 50 people.
Salary and agency ranges are typical US market figures, not numbers from our own clients. The last two rows are places where another option genuinely wins.
One subscription. Everything included.
What changes between tiers is throughput — how many builds run at once, how fast we reply, how often we do strategy. Never the quality of the work or whether a fix costs extra.

What we'll put in writing
What we commit to in the contract, not just on a call.
The Seven-Day Guarantee
Something real, running on your business, in your hands within seven days of kickoff — or the first month is free and you keep everything we built.
The Ownership Guarantee
Every repository, domain, server and third-party account is created in your name, on your billing, from day one. You have admin on all of it, permanently.
The Same-Hands Guarantee
The person in your WhatsApp is the person who writes your code. If that ever stops being true, you're told before it happens, not after.
Pause or leave, monthly
No annual contract, no termination fee, thirty days' notice. You keep everything either way.
And what we deliberately don't guarantee
We will not promise you revenue outcomes, a fixed number of deliverables per month, unlimited simultaneous builds. Anyone who does is either guessing or counting on you not to check. We guarantee the things that are entirely within our control, and we are direct about the things that are not.
Who this is not for
Published on purpose. If one of these is you, we'd rather you knew before the call than after it.
- Under 3 people, or pre-revenue
- Anyone who wants one thing built and then nothing
- Anyone who wants the cheapest possible hourly rate
- Anyone who needs a signed spec and a fixed scope before starting
Questions
So is it a bot that writes the code?
No. There's a real developer in your WhatsApp. AI is how one person can do the work of a team — it's our tooling, not your product.
What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?
A developer who builds and maintains your systems continuously, plus the platform itself — CRM, scheduling, portals, automations, hosting, uptime and every fix. There is no separate support charge and no hosting invoice. What changes between tiers is throughput: how many builds run at once, how fast we reply, how often we sit down on strategy.
How is this cheaper than hiring someone?
A developer is roughly $9,000 a month fully loaded once you include employer costs, and that is after you have found, interviewed and managed them. You also have to know enough to tell whether their work is any good. This is a fraction of that, it starts in week one, and there is nothing to manage.
Why not just use an agency?
An agency sells you a fixed scope with an end date. The software starts decaying the day they hand it over, and every change after that is a new quote. We never hand over and we never re-quote — that is the difference between buying a build and having a department.
How fast does anything actually happen?
Something real, running on your business, within seven days of kickoff — or your first month is free and you keep whatever we built. That is possible because we do not start from an empty folder: you are installed onto a platform that is already built and already running.
What if my request is bigger than one month of work?
Then it takes more than one month, and we tell you that up front rather than discovering it in week three. Big builds ship in usable pieces, so you are never waiting a quarter to see anything.
What happens to everything if I leave?
You keep it. Every repository, domain, server and third-party account is in your name and on your billing from day one, and you have admin on all of it. We also maintain a written record of every system you own, what it does, what it costs and who has the keys. Thirty days' notice, no termination fee.
Do you work in my industry?
Almost certainly. The systems a business needs — capturing leads, responding fast, following up, managing a pipeline, reporting, automating the repetitive parts — are the same shape across industries. What differs is the vocabulary and the workflow, which is a configuration question, not a rebuild.
